Sunday special evening tea time snack"Palak Pakoda/ Crispy Palak". This is another simple dish. One of my friend requested , so just want to share with u all.
Ingredients:
Palak -1cup(fine chopped)
Onino -1 no(fine chopped)
Green chilly-2 no(fine chopped)
Hing -1tsp
Besan flour - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1 cup
Hot oil - 1 tbsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as needed
Water little
Oil for deep fry
Method:
1.Take a bowl and add fine chopped palak+chopped onion+green chilli+salt.Mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
2.Add Besan flour+Rice flour+Red chilli powder+garam masala+chat masala+hing.Mix it well in the bowl.
3.Add hot oil 1 tbsp in the mixture.
4.Now the dough is ready.
5.Now deep fry the mixture by pouring small balls as you like.
Your yummy pakodi is ready!!
