Strawberry are excellent source of vitamin c and antioxidants. It is also a good source for weight management and blood sugar regulation. Very simple and tasty Strawberry milkshake without ice-cream ingredients are as follows.
Fresh Strawberries - 15 nos
Sugar - 5 tbsp
Chill milk - 1 and 1/2 glass( boil and cool to room temp) and keep it in fridge.
- Wash the strawberries and slice it roughly.
- Add in a blender along with sugar + chill milk.
- Blend well until you get frothy smooth milkshake.
