Dry Fruits milkshake is a healthy drink for kids. It is a rich and thick milkshake that gives you instant energy. Best for kids to take in the morning to keep them full.

Ingredients:

Almonds - 5 nos

Cashews - 5 nos

Pistachio - 5 nos

Walnut - 2 nos

Dates - 2 nos

Fig - 1 no

Boiled and cooled milk - 1 1/2 cup

Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Soak Badam, cashew,pistachios,walnut in lukewarm water for 2 hours.
  2.  Soak dates and fig seperately for 2 hours.

3. Peel badam and then add cashew,pista,badam,walnut,dates & fig to mixer.

4. Add 1/4 cup of milk and grind first.Add remaining milk cardamom and blend well smoothly.

5.Yummy milkshake is ready to drink.
