#60 Egg less Chocolate Brownie

Chocolate Brownie is one of the most famous recipe and a classical recipe that can be glorified up with added ingredients.

If you ever wondered how to make best chocolate brownies and what ingredients you are going to need to achieve, here is one such perfect chewy and gooey result and we all love.

Dark Baking chocolate - 150 gms

unsalted butter  - 1/2 cup

Sugar - 1 cup

Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp

Vanilla extract -  2 tsp

Yogurt /curd - 3/4 cup

Maida/all purpose flour - 3/4 cup

Salt - 1/4 tsp


Heat the oven to 180' C.

Line a baking tray.Here I am using heart shaped one. Usually for Brownie, a square shaped one is used.

Double boil the dark chocolate and melt it.

Add butter in the melting chocolate and mix it to a smooth texture without lumps.

Then add 1 cup of Sugar and mix it well.

Then add 1 tbsp of Cocoa powder and Vanilla extract 2 tsp + 3/4 yogurt cup.

Mix it well.

Then add the all purpose flour +salt mix it well without lumps.


Pour the batter in the grease baking tray.

Bake it for 30 to 40 minutes in 180'C. [ Baking time differ from oven to over].

After baking let it cool for 10 mins.

Then cut it into pieces.


Yummy Yummy Chocolate brownie is ready.


No raising agent (Baking soda,baking powder) is used for this brownie.
